Naomi Wilkins, CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper), is a Bookkeeping and Business Foundations Educator with over 20 years of hands-on experience in small business bookkeeping and accounting software, including QuickBooks Desktop since 2006, and QuickBooks Online since 2017.

 Her career spans office management, bookkeeping, and small business tax, including a quality assurance and training role at a CPA advisory firm where she onboarded and mentored junior bookkeepers.

 From coaching bookkeepers, business owners, and office managers in a wide range of scenarios, Naomi has gained a ground-level understanding of how real-world workflows affect file accuracy and accounting outcomes. From a career that spans two decades, she has seen firsthand how technology has transformed bookkeeping workflows, and how that transformation has introduced new complexity that isn’t always visible on the surface.
